Obituary for Larry Wayne Paul

Larry Wayne Paul, 66, of Niceville, FL, went to be with the Lord on Tuesday, December 5, 2017. He was born June 9, 1951 in Port St. Joe, FL.

Larry worked in the Title Insurance industry for 26 years. He enjoyed woodworking, fishing, and playing the trumpet, but his favorite hobby was spending time with his children and grandchildren. His family meant the world to him, and many great memories were made at the pool parties hosted at his home.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Clarence and Lillie (Odom) Paul; sister, JoAnne Paul; and brother, Fred Paul.

Those left to cherish his memory include his loving wife of 19 ½ years, Kathy Paul; three daughters, Cindy Jensen (Vernon), Laura Paul (Beverly) and Marsha McCombs; two sons, Justin Paul (Amy) and Kyle Paul; three grandsons, Dakota, Ben and Dallas; two granddaughters, Mallory and Madison; sister, Faye Sortino; two nieces, Pam Jernigan-Cockrell (Richard) and Becky Smith (Steve); and numerous great nieces and nephews.

A celebration of Larry’s life will begin 4:00 P.M., Friday, December 8, 2017 at Heritage Funeral Home with Rev. Donnie Griner officiating. The family will receive friends beginning 3:00 P.M. prior to the service. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Larry’s memory to the American Heart Association.
