Jewel Fay Williams, 67, of Panama City, passed away Wednesday, November 28, 2018. She was born April 17, 1951 in Panama City, Florida.
Jewel was a retired colorist by trade. She loved her daughters, all her grandchildren and great-grandchildren to no avail. She loved working in her flower beds, reading and watching her western shows. But most of all she loved being with her entire family.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Carrie Lee Newsome and father, Thomas Clyde Newsome; one sister, Hattie Lee Aycock.
Those left to cherish her memory include her husband of seventeen years, Eric Williams; daughters, Jennifer A. Rowell (Randy), Tracey L. White (John), and Carlene Murphy; grandchildren, Elizabeth Rowell, Matthew White (Kayla), Brandon Murphy (Beca), Patrick Murphy and Carrie French; great-grandchildren, Easton White, Cohen White and Braylee French; three nieces, Peggy, Patsy and Sue; two great-nephews and two great-nieces.
Graveside services will be held at a later date at Noma Cemetery.
