Obituary for Victoria 'Vickie' Hogan

Victoria ‘Vickie’ Hogan, 48, of Panama City, went to be with the Lord, Tuesday, June 5, 2018. She was born March 10, 1970 in Panama City, FL to Dewey and Joann Hill. Vickie was a follower of Christ and attended Springfield Community Church. She was a loving mother and best friend to her children, as well as a loving grandmother. Vickie worked as a 911 dispatcher for 20 years with Bay County, Lynn Haven and Panama City Departments. She enjoyed sports and was a football fanatic.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Joann Finch Hill.

Those left to cherish her memory include her daughter, Tiffany Gibson (Robert); son, Matt Hogan; granddaughters, Hailey Hogan and Peyton Gibson; grandson, Marshall Hogan; father, Dewey Hill; brother, Peanut Hill; as well as numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nephews and other extended family members.

A visitation will be held from 6:00 to 8:00 P.M., Thursday, June 14, 2018 in the chapel at Heritage Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held 10:00 A.M., Saturday, June 16, 2018 at Cornerstone Family Fellowship with Pastor Gregory officiating.
